What is a W9?
The W9 is a short form that companies are required to collect if they pay any individual more than $600 in a year. The main purpose of the form is to provide the IRS with the individuals Social Security Number, or Tax ID, so they know how much income that person has for the year.
How do I submit it?

**Make sure you cancel the trial offers during the trial period so you won't get charged afterwards.
Cookies: Cookies, being the number one cause of offers not confirming, simply must be cleared in between each offer. Why? Because companies track you through cookies, and for more than one offer from the same company, you need to clear them so you can be tracked again correctly, and so your offer will confirm.
Email Recycling: Again, companies with more than one offer on the list track you with your email address as well, and if they already have that email in their database, then your offer will not confirm. Simply create 10 or more email addresses from any email provider, (The ones listed above are recommended) and change them up among offers. Lets say you want to do the USAPrizes for .75 cents. To start, click on USAPrizes and a new window will pop up.
Fill out the form with valid information. I advise to make a few alternate email addresses, so your main email (the one you signed up for Cashcrate with) doesn’t get emails from the surveyors. They do ask for your number. (Personally, I've only received two calls since joining and I ask them to put me on their "no call list". They won’t call back after that.)
You'll come to a page that has "offers" on it (you’ll see a lot of yes's and no's!. If there is an option to say "No" or "Skip" do it. If you click NO for all the offers, and it won’t let you submit because you need to participate in at ‘least one offer, click YES on any offer then submit. The next page will have an option to SKIP the offer or say NO to the offer. It'll either be on top, or below.
Once you get to the end, you'll get to a page that says "Congratulations, you are now eligible to receive so and so.. blah blah.." Then further down it says you must sign up for 2 silver offers, or something like that, you don’t have to! You're all done with the survey.
Close the window, and submit it on cc website to be approved.
